Emily Donaldson
Emily Donaldson has been practicing in the areas of elder law and estate planning for over 15 years. She has been designated by the National Elder Law Foundation as a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA). Her practice consists of advising clients on the complex issues encountered in long-term care planning, as well as designing and structuring estate plans with an emphasis on asset protection goals, whether it be preserving the family farm/business or planning for special needs. Among many leadership roles, Donaldson has been the president of the Kansas Bar Association Elder Law Section continuously since 2010 and is a member of the Probate Advisory Committee of the Kansas Judicial Council.
