Torts II (Westerbeke)

Prosser, Wade & Schwartz, "Cases and Materials on Torts" (12th ed. 2010), pages 864-881.

NOTE: Any student who has a copy of the 11th edition (2005) may use it in lieu of the 12th edition. The pages are 829–846. The authors did not change any of the lead cases in the 12th edition, so the two editions are largely interchangeable for the portion of the book we are covering in the course. A syllabus will be handed out in class.
