Teams and teamwork have become a fact of everyday life in most organizations. KU is no exception. Just appointing a team, however, does not guarantee the success of the group. This lunchtime seminar includes coverage of effective practices for creating a team, and for helping to ensure that the team is able to accomplish its objectives.
