The Sports and Entertainment Law Society welcomes Rick Evrard of Bond Schoeneck and King. Mr. Evrard is an attorney and former student-athlete who served as staff liaison within the NCAA to many committees and groups, and who now represents institutions in NCAA compliance matters. He specializes in helping universities after violations of NCAA bylaws, major infractions, and waivers.
