Bold Goals: Winning Teams

As we look to change key processes to create a more efficient and effective university it is essential that we build winning teams capable of achieving critical goals with excellence. In this workshop participants will learn how to: * Focus on a few critically important goals * Act on the lead measures that impact goal achievement * Measure success and motivate employees through visible and compelling scoreboards * Hold one another accountable and create a cadence of accountability.
