This seminar examines the Stages of Stress, it's negative impact on our daily performance and how we can reduce that impact by applying a few simple, healthy behaviors. The program is predicated on the understanding that great success in lowering stress levels and increasing health can by accomplished by most people without drastically altering their lifestyles.
