University-Community Forum, held each Wednesday during the academic year in the ECM building at 1204 Oread, is free and open to the University and Lawrence communities. University-Community Forum begins at 12:00 noon, and usually includes a brief question and answer period before concluding at 1:00 p.m. We also serve an optional lunch at 11:30am for $6.50 ($3.50 for students) University-Community Forum is sponsored by Ecumenical Christian Ministries. The Forum brings together the University and Lawrence communities for dialogue on issues and events that shape our community. The Forum also offers a venue for professors to have an interdisciplinary forum for informal discussion, often on topics related to their research interests.
