Chili Recipe Contest

Students will be able to submit their favorite and most unique chili recipes online, starting Monday, January 28th, and we will choose our favorite 4 or 5 recipes. These recipes will be chosen based on the cost of ingredients, amount of time required to prepare, and uniqueness. On the day of the event, KU Dining will be making the 4 chilis that we choose, and we will have judges tasting and choosing their favorites. The judges will judge on criteria such as aroma, taste, aftertaste, and ease of preparation. There will be different categories that each chili can win, and there will also be an overall winner. The winner will receive a 100 dollar grand prize. This will be from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
