International Law Society will host Dr. Karenbeth Zacharias, Director of the Lawrence D. Starr Global Studies Institute at the University of St. Mary, to speak on the moral and legal definitions of genocide and the complexities in prosecuting such atrocities. Chipotle lunch will be provided.
