Robert Levy and "The Dirty Dozen"

Scholar, author and pundit Robert A. Levy gave a talk and signed copies of his new book, "The Dirty Dozen: How Twelve Supreme Court Cases Radically Expanded Government and Eroded Freedom," on Oct. 14, 2009, at the University of Kansas School of Law. Levy is chairman of the board and a senior fellow at the Cato Institute and the architect of D.C. v. Heller, the Supreme Court case that overturned Washington's ban on handguns.
