Roger is former general counsel to the Kansas Securities Commission. His practice focuses primarily on federal and state securities law, related transactional and compliance matters, investment advisory regulatory issues, associated civil and administrative litigation and criminal defense of financial crimes. Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory has rated Roger at the highest AV® rating for lawyers.
