Becky Howlett is co-founder of Howell & Howlett Consulting LLC, a Native American-owned small business specializing in tribal outreach and liaison services. H & H helps facilitate communication and build relationships with Indian tribes and Native communities.

Howlett has dedicated her legal career to advocating on behalf of Indigenous peoples and tribal governments. After graduating from KU Law with a Tribal Lawyer Certificate, Becky worked in several national non-profits, including volunteering with the Native American Rights Fund and serving as a legal fellow with the National Congress of American Indians. She subsequently worked in private practice in Kilpatrick Townsend’s Native American practice group, where she gained further experience in federal Indian law and policy, tribal law and government relations. In 2017, she became a member of the Navajo Nation Bar Association and was most recently outside counsel to the Navajo Nation's Department of Justice.
