Biography

Emily Donaldson has been practicing in the areas of elder law and estate planning for over 15 years. She has been designated by the National Elder Law Foundation as a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA). Her practice consists of advising clients on the complex issues encountered in long-term care planning, as well as designing and structuring estate plans with an emphasis on asset protection goals, whether it be preserving the family farm/business or planning for special needs.

Among many leadership roles, Donaldson has been the president of the Kansas Bar Association Elder Law Section continuously since 2010 and is a member of the Probate Advisory Committee of the Kansas Judicial Council.
