Project for Innocence and Post-Conviction Remedies

The Project for Innocence & Post-Conviction Remedies is a law school clinic, staffed by licensed attorneys and law students, which provides legal services to the federal inmate population incarcerated in Kansas. For more than 45 years, the clinic has assisted prisoners with, among other things:

  • 28 U.S.C. § 2255 petitions attacking the constitutionality of a conviction or sentence
  • Detainers
  • Sentencing issues
