Camila Rhoden

Camila Rhoden is a master's student at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where she also obtained her bachelor's degree. Her master's degree research compares Chapters 7 and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code with the Civil Insolvency and Over-Indebtedness Law procedures foreseen in Brazilian Law. During her time at KU School of Law, she will collaborate with Professor Stephen J. Ware, one of the main professionals in the area of U.S. Bankruptcy Law. Rhoden is happy to be joining KU and looks forward to contributing to its community as much as possible.
