Biography —
Eimear Marian Fanthorpe is a DPhil candidate in Law at the University of Oxford, where she has also taught European Union Law, Contract Law and Company Law. Her doctoral research examines the implementation of water quality regimes in the EU (the Water Framework Directive) and the U.S. (the Clean Water Act), and their interaction with private law. During her time at KU Law School, she will collaborate with Professor Robin Craig, one of the key leading authorities on U.S. Water Law. Eimear is delighted to join the KU community and looks forward to engaging with the law school’s exceptional students and faculty.
