Biography

Malissa Walden has dedicated her career to helping others through the practice of law. As an attorney/partner at Walden & Pfannenstiel, LLC since 2009, she focuses her attention on making sure her clients receive the second chance they deserve.

In 2005, Walden was the first attorney at the firm to practice under the new Bankruptcy Code and assisted attorneys across the state to become Electronic Case Filing compliant. It is this history of experience that allows her to fully navigate individuals and families through the emotional and legal complexities of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy filings so they may regain their lives.

In April 2023, Walden became a Student Loan Law Workshop Graduate. An opportunity which has allowed her to hone in on the rights of student loan borrowers, assist them in finding the best options available to them and formulate a plan of action.
