Marc Erickson

Marc Erickson is a partner at Wagstaff & Cartmell LLP, where he focuses his civil trial practice in the areas of medical malpractice, complex business litigation and personal injury. Erickson has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in Missouri and Kansas.

He has repeatedly been included in the Kansas City Business Journal “Best of Bar” and the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers. In 2008, Erickson was also selected by Ingram’s Magazine as one of the 40 Under 40 leaders in business, government and community in Kansas City. He is a 2012 inductee into the International Society of Barristers, an international honor society of trial attorneys.

Erickson was a Rice Scholar at the University of Kansas School of Law.
