Biography —
Robert Baran serves as an adjunct professor of Secured Transactions. His class emphasizes the practical application of Article 9 concepts and the development of client-centered solutions. Baran has been practicing bankruptcy and transactional law for many years. He has practiced at a big firm, medium sized firm and for the last 10 years, has had the privilege of owning and growing his own law firm, Conroy Baran. Outside of law, he teaches hot yoga, and is actively working on improving his fluency in Japanese, which keeps him curious, disciplined and always learning.
