Biography —
Robert Teutsch joined the KU School of Law in 2025 as a staff attorney for the Veterans Legal Support Clinic. He previously served as a senior attorney for the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel where he litigated cases before the U.S. Tax Court and advised the IRS and Department of Justice on individual and business income tax, tax procedure, collections and bankruptcy matters.
