Paulina Rivera-Soto - Dean's Fellows
2L, Logan, Utah | Utah State University
Paulina is a 2L from Logan, Utah. She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Latin American Studies from Utah State University.
Aside from being a Dean’s Fellow, Paulina is President of the Hispanic American Law Students Association (HALSA) and a member of Women in Law. She grew up abroad, enjoys traveling and speaks multiple languages. She spent her 1L summer interning for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and is interested in pursuing a career in litigation.
Her best piece of advice for 1Ls is to remember to be kind. Law school can be stressful, and everyone is fighting their own battle. Your peers may not remember what you said but they will remember how you made them feel!
