Blake Millman - Dean's Fellows

Blake Millman is a 3L at the University of Kansas School of Law. Originally from Olathe, Kansas, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Kansas State University. He majored in professional strategic selling with a minor in leadership.
He serves as a dean's fellow, LL.M. academic tutor and is part of both the Sports Law and CLS societies. Professionally, Millman has worked in transactional M&A at Harvest Legal Advisors, was a summer associate at Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice in Kansas City doing defense litigation and workd at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer in Chicago.
Outside of school, Millman enjoys playing recreational basketball, working out and going to the movies as often as he can.
"It's going to feel overwhelming at first, and that's normal. Don't start the habit of comparing yourself to other because everyone learns differently," Millman said about his advice to 1Ls. "Do the reading, put in the time and trust the process. You'll surprise yourself. You're here for a reason, and you're exactly where you are supposed to be."
