Ethan Peery is a 2L at KU Law from Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University.
At KU Law, Peery is a member of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and competes on the International Moot Court team. During his 1L summer, he worked as a judicial intern for the Johnson County District Court, where he observed a variety of court proceedings and gained insight into the judicial decision-making process.
Outside of law school, he enjoys staying active through personal fitness, fishing and watching Yankees baseball.
His biggest advice for incoming 1Ls is to define what success looks like for you and focus on your own growth throughout the process.
