Hello, everyone! My name is Leah Stein, and I am a 3L from Dodge City, Kansas. Before coming to law school, I received my undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Kansas.

At KU Law, I participate in a few different extracurricular activities. I am on Moot Court Council and serve as the Symposium Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. I am also a member of Women in Law and the Federal Bar Association. Outside of law school, I enjoy playing tennis, going on long walks around Lawrence and hanging out with friends!

My best advice for 1L year is to focus on developing a comfortable and realistic routine! Try to find consistency in your studying, mealtimes, exercise, sleep and time you leave open for other things you enjoy!
