Neelie Browne - Dean's Fellows
3L, Olathe, Kansas | University of Kansas
Neelie is a third-year law student from Olathe, Kansas. She attended the University of Kansas where she studied Spanish and Psychology. In addition to Dean's Fellows, she is the founder of Balance and Well-Being, a member of the Public Interest Law Society, Women in Law and OUTLaws & Accomplices. She is currently an intern for the Board of Indigents' Defense Services.
Her best advice to a 1L is to remember why you started law school. Remember why you are here and remind yourself often throughout the semester. Use your 'why' to keep you going through your first year!
Outside of law school, Neelie likes to play Ultimate frisbee, read WWII historical fiction and hang out with her puppy and cat!
